IMPLEMENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN AN WORLDWIDE OPERATING AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
As a quickly growing global expanding company, the ifm group of companies is certain of one thing: It’s future economic strength depends on the ability to optimally utilize its know-how and remain innovative. This is unimaginable without the application of modern Web 2.0 technologies.
Together with perlrot, we first accompanied the ifm Group in the preparation phase, developing a dynamic project structure and convincing project story in order to activate the first crucial fans and drivers for the introduction of modern knowledge management in the company.
In collaboration with future users, we collected the requirements for the new social intranet from the start during activating workshops – so that knowledge flows are supported by the new technologies at product and customer-relevant interfaces. Furthermore, we develop the organization concept for sustainable anchoring of knowledge management in a company that is represented worldwide.
After the successful roll-out, we accompany the project team and not only enable key rolls, such as the Community Manager and Key User for their roles in the company’s digital workplace, but primarily also establish managerial staff competence for digital management with and within the ifm knowledge networks – in four modules.
